We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service. This includes your authentication identity (from Apple/Google), a username, optional display name, recipes you create, and photos you upload.
We do NOT collect: Location data, device identifiers, analytics tracking data, contact lists, or health data.
For automated AI transcription of recipes, images you photograph or select for AI scanning are securely processed by Mistral AI in France. We do not permanently store these images.
Your data is stored securely in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). We use TLS/SSL encryption and Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure you can only access your own data or recipes shared with you.
By submitting a recipe, you acknowledge that we have no ability to verify whether a recipe is your original creation or originates from a third-party source. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any recipe you upload. We take no responsibility for the originality or legal status of any recipe submitted.
Additionally, by uploading or sharing recipes on our platform, you explicitly grant us the rights to process, store, display, and share these recipes in any way necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the application and website.
Sharing recipes is at your own risk. Recipes shared within the community are provided as-is, without any warranty of accuracy, safety, or suitability. We do not verify recipes for allergens or food safety. We are not liable for any adverse outcomes.
Users may report recipes that violate this policy. We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend accounts of repeat offenders.
